Drive-in very friendly but have often had incomplete or incorrect orders.

January 9th, 2021: Been there again today, hey for the first time in years a very friendly employee (long red hair) at the counter, but now, as usual, forgot something for the third time in a row this time 2 fries 👍Typical for Borken and Bocholt. It's a shame that you have to give at least one star. Mr. Hahne: "When do you change and improve what in your restaurants"? The reviews should be enough of a drive to make improvements. 2020: Unprofessional / incompetent / / dirty simply one of the worst branches I've ever seen. Take an example from Dutch branches!

Drive-in was well attended at lunchtime. No long wait. 2 windows occupied, inside you could also order to take away. Disinfectant available inside.

The food was often cold and I think the staff is mentally limited I think it would be good if someone showed more friendliness and fun at their job otherwise you should get a new one But the food tastes pretty good But again a but The staff should bring more momentum to the booth in German

Something is wrong with every one of our take-away orders. Last time the apple bag from my son's happy meal was missing, before that they forgot the cola glass for the menu, before that 3 burgers were cold, before that there was no cheeseburger. And that's totally annoying when it's only noticed at home. It can't make sense that we have to pick the bag apart and check it on site. Not at all in the McDrive. McD's in Borken is particularly noticeable here. At McD's in Dorsten and Bocholt, orders are usually OK. We have never had such an experience at Burger King !!

Every time I'm there, there is no ketchup, mayo etc. with it. I can't go here anymore. I've never seen such a bad place.

I'm used to waiting longer in Borken than in other branches, but the unfriendliness of the employees is underground. I also find it very worrying that the employees give each other the "shake hands" in front of the customers and then serve the guests. I think THAT works - especially in Corona times - not at all.

Unfortunately, I forgot some things when ordering. Because I'm mostly there with my 2 children, I don't always check whether everything is okay. And it can happen, but if it's always the same shop where something like that happens, it's a shame. We are definitely looking for alternatives to mcdonalds. As even our son says I don't want to go there anymore. It's a shame, we had the problem in other places where we didn't live before.

Very very incompetent staff. Not a trace of fast food I waited more than 20 minutes for an ice cream, some customers who ordered after me finished before I did and there was little going on !!!!!!

Very good staff and accustomed McDonald's quality to an even higher standard. The staff are very nice and always available for a joke. It is very important to you that the guests are very important to us, so we would be warned about apple bags that are too hot heißen

MacDonalds halt

On 24.11.18 at 20 clock we drove to this Mc Dondald's. In Mc Drive were 3 cars in front of us. Our order was taken by a very unmotivated employee, the monitor did not work, so we could not see if our order was properly received. Also, the amount we should pay we could not see. After everything was "taken up", he said unfriendly "drive ahead". After ewtas over 20 minutes we had our order in hand. After 5 minutes drive we were home. The whole "filler" was cold. On my Mc Rib, the sauce was almost missing. At McFran, you can be lucky but unlucky either in this store, either swimming in sauce or missing ... This time she was missing.
